If i could I would give this place a negative rating. I drop off some paper that needed to be filled out by the doctor for my son's school. When I drop it off I was told they will call me when it's done. 2 months has passed and I have not gotten a phone call. I finally went to the office and told the the lady (Johanna) at the desk and she said we don't call you, You have to call us. That is not what I was told. So Johanna pulled out my son's fill and goes here it is and that is $10.00 I told her I am not paying $10.00 after waiting 2 months. She puts the papers away and says well I can't give this to you. I told her then I am switching doctors and I want my son's paperwork and she ripped out the immunization records and tossed it across the counter. She was very rude and I will not send my son there anymore!!!!
